"Failings? They are ineviteable within any government. What we must strive for is unity and understanding within the clans. Shallow words and hypocrisy while rampant must be led to constructive input. The Camarilla in itself is not a gaurantee that the masquerade will be upheld, only the individual clans joining collectively, rationally discussing our failings can achieve that. I have faith that pettiness can be cast aside and some sense of organization will rise from the chaos."
